Women’s Pelvic Health
As an experienced women’s health physiotherapist, I talk about all the things that women don’t often talk about. From periods, painful sex, haemorrhoids, poop, wees and all the in between. Nothing is TMI in appointments and I love being apart of the journey with people, experiencing the highs and the lows that come with women’s health.
What I do in clinic:
Pelvic floor assessment and education
Pelvic pain disorders (including endometriosis, and PCOS-related pain)
Sexual dysfunction (GPPPD, vaginismus
Navigating pregnancy and postpartum recovery
Perineal massage
Bladder, bowel and continence concerns
Pre- and post-gynaecological surgery support.
