Balance & Movement Classes

Applying natural foot function principles, classes will involve being barefoot, exploring your body’s capacity and improving your balance, mobility and strength from the ground up.

45-minute physio-led classes focused on restoring natural foot function, improving balance and strengthening the lower limbs. All ages welcome, need to be able to get up and down off the floor.
